A 1:1 Premenstrual Processing session is a space to start getting to know your premenstrual triggers and menstrual cycle so you can begin to navigate them more effectively.

Some people come with a specific premenstrual trigger or event that they'd like to unpack. Others use the time to map out their triggers and make a strategy to navigate their luteal phase more effectively.

By the end of the session they come away with clarity on what their next step is on the journey to getting lasting relief from PMS.

2. Pre-Session Questionnaire

After booking, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire. This helps me understand your specific challenges and intentions for our time together.

3. 90 minute Online Session

During our 90 minute session, I’ll guide to help you connect with your body's wisdom and menstrual cycle to gain valuable insight on your chosen intention. This may include guided visualisations, coaching or somatic movement.

4. Post-session write up

After our session, I'll email you with key takeaways to reflect on, along with any resources we discuss that might support your ongoing exploration of your cycle.

Is It A Fit?

Before parting with your hard earned money, it’s important to consider a few key points about what this session can and cannot provide to ensure it's a good fit:

  • Exploration, Not Diagnosis: This session is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. We’ll focus on exploring your experiences, but if you have medical concerns, I encourage you to consult a healthcare professional.

  • This Isn't A Quick Fix: Understand that meaningful change often takes time. This session aims to provide insight, but it’s just one step on your journey toward greater understanding and relief. It's not realistic to expect that you'll come away from the one session completely symptom free.

  • I Don't Give Nutrition Advice: My approach is about looking at the underlying psychological and spiritual causes for your experiences, not offering supplement or nutrition advice.
  • Open Mind Required: Be prepared to engage with your experiences honestly. This session encourages deep self-reflection and may prompt you to consider your experiences from new perspectives.

  • My Coaching Style: My primary role is to facilitate your process and the unfolding of what your menstrual cycle is trying to communicate with you. However I will offer observations and advice where necessary - sometimes these can be uncomfortable truths but they are always delivered with compassion and curiosity.
  • Be Familiar With My Approach: You'll get the most out of a cycle guidance session if you are familiar with my philosophy and teachings. I recommend reading my Meet Claire page and listening to the Podcast before booking.
