I know exactly what it’s like to struggle every month with severe premenstrual symptoms. When I came off the pill after 12 years, premenstrual rage and mood swings would hit me like a bus every month.
It wasn’t until I looked at the psycho-spiritual aspects of my menstrual cycle that I was able to truly understand my premenstrual symptoms and begin to shift my experience of the luteal phase.

Your menstrual cycle is an in-built guide and ally for your spiritual and self development in this life time. It offers us an embodied map of the human psyche, taking us on a journey through every aspect of our truest self every single month.
Your luteal phase is the wake up call.
Its job is to dig up all the shit we would otherwise have suppressed so that we can integrate it and step into a fuller version of who we are.
Think about it; the stuff you can normally “tolerate” becomes intolerable, people-pleasing is OFF the table, saying yes when you really want to say no sends you into a rage and triggers you thought you had worked through show their face again.
The people-pleasing, the suppressed anger and grief, the shadows and the silenced needs and desires - it’s all coming to the surface to be worked with.
You’re being called to ask “What have I been neglecting or suppressing that needs to be seen, heard, and addressed?”.Â

Hey I'm Claire, a Menstrual Cycle Coach and Guide and host of the "Loving in Luteal" Podcast.
I helps women get lasting relief from PMS & PMDD by connecting to the wisdom of their menstrual cycle. My work goes beyond symptom management—helping women and people with menstrual cycles reclaim their cyclical nature as a guide for healing, growth, and wholeness.
IÂ came to this work through my own journey of healing PMDD and reconnecting to my menstrual cycle when I come off the contraceptive pill after 12 years.

How do I know if this is right for me?
This program is for you if:

- You’re in an emotionally turbulent place in life right now and going through a huge upheaval such as loss of a loved one etc and would benefit from working with a therapist first.
